What's in three capsules

1,000 mg magnesium L-threonate (72 mg magnesium), 533 mg magnesium bisglycinate (64 mg) and 800 mg magnesium taurate (64 mg): 2,333 mg of magnesium compounds that give 200 mg magnesium, 53% of the daily reference intake. The capsule is hypromellose (plant-based); rice starch and MCT powder fill it evenly.

Three forms, one capsule

Magnesium is always bound to another compound, and that compound sets the form apart. L-threonate binds magnesium to threonic acid, a breakdown product of vitamin C. Bisglycinate binds it to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Taurate binds it to the amino acid taurine. The mix gives you all three in one serving.

What is not in it

No magnesium oxide, the cheap form many blends are padded with. No tablets, so no binders, coatings or magnesium stearate. Vegan and free from common allergens.
