What's in a capsule
500 mg Berbevis® Berberine Phytosome®: berberine hydrochloride bound to natural phospholipids. The capsule is hypromellose (plant-based), with microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate as fillers.
Where it comes from
Berberine is a yellow plant compound found in the root and bark of plants such as barberry (Berberis), goldenseal and Chinese goldthread, which have a long history of use in Asia. On its own, berberine is poorly soluble.
Why a phytosome
In a phytosome the berberine is bound to phospholipids, the building blocks of cell membranes, which makes it easier to disperse. Berbevis® is the branded berberine phytosome with the most published human studies. It needs no other carriers.
How to take it

Ik ben erg tevreden over berberine. Ik gebruik het nu een tijdje en merk dat het goed bij mij past. Vooral het feit dat ik me over het algemeen prettiger en energieker voel, vind ik een pluspunt. Natuurlijk reageert iedereen anders op een supplement, maar voor mij is het een product waar ik positieve ervaringen mee heb. De capsules zijn makkelijk in te nemen en ik heb er tot nu toe geen problemen mee gehad. Ik vind het fijn dat het eenvoudig in mijn dagelijkse routine past. Inmiddels gebruik ik het met veel vertrouwen en zou ik het zeker opnieuw aanschaffen. Al met al ben ik positief over berberine en kan ik het, vanuit mijn eigen ervaring, zeker aanraden aan anderen die zich hierin willen verdiepen.

Omdat ik en wilde afvallen en als vrouw een bepaalde leeftijdsmijlpaal heb bereikt werd mij verteld dat afvallen heel moeizaam zou gaan. Ik ben dus gestart met berberine een tablet eenmaal per dag 30-60 minuten voor het eten in te nemen. Mijn gewichstafname gaat voorspoedig. De capsules giet ik om in een donkereglazenpotje (omdat ze het beste uit het licht kunnen blijven) en zijn makkelijk om door te slikken
Ik heb een chronische aandoening en merk sinds gebruik van berberine verminderde klachten mbt bijvoorbeeld. Hooikoorts. Ook heb ik meer energie en minder last van brainfog. Helaas is zakje bijna leeg. Kreeg het gratis bij bestelling boven bepaald bedrag. Binnenkort maar nieuwe bestellen. Zeer tevreden!
Ik neem de supplementen nu bijna een jaar en merk echt wel verschil in energie en humeur. Zeker een aanrader!
